Help us find your order

Include your registered email, order reference (from My tickets → Payment history), plan and a description of the issue. For missing tickets, include the membership dates and release week. Never send a password, full card number, card security code, banking PIN or recovery link.

Account-data requests are reviewed after an identity check. We do not request payment or passwords to answer a support enquiry. Support is handled by the operator; no instant-response or 24-hour support promise is made.
